Although time appears to be highly non-linear, CDs are available. The HDCD (High Definition Compatible Digital) 24 bit re-mastering went well, as it does sound very, very good on a number of systems, pods and podclones with both headphones and loudspeakers. Liquid ease, detailed, spatial, high resolution enjoyment, which is felt as much as heard. The idea is to offer sufficient value at 5 times the cost of an mp3 download, pricing of the HDCD CDs will remain at $10. Again, HDCD sounds good on and is fully compatible with any CD player, and sounds even better when played through a full HDCD system. The packaging of the CD is as green as possible: vegetable based inks printed on 100% recycled paperboard, the plastic tray is 100% recycled, even the shrink wrap is recyclable, and the CD itself is recyclable, although it is hoped that the CD would be listened to rather than recycled.
The CD is not a cheezy duplicate, rather it is being manufactured to audiophile standards, with 1x glass mastering, slow release injection molding, and every trick known to provide the cleanest sound to you, the listener.

HDCD is the bee's knees
